Hutchinson Builders – Park Ridge Project, Noosa Springs
Falcon Cranes supplied two Potain MC85 Tower Crane’s and one Comansa CJ140 to Hutchinson Builders on their Park Ridge, Noosa Springs project.
Check out the photos below showing the progress from October 2018 to February 2020!

Hutchinson Builders engaged Falcon Cranes to supply tower cranes and crew for the Park Ridge project in Noosa Springs over the space of 15 months from October 2018 to February 2020.
The Stage 2 projects involved the construction of 5 individual 4 storey accomodation structures spaced over 200 metres of site and all built concurrently. Two Potain tower cranes were employed on this Stage, TC1 was a Potain MCT85 on remote control and TC2 a Potain MC85 controlled from a cabin. The decision to utilise different operation methods of the cranes assisted with site demands and managing a busy delivery channel for all incoming goods.
Whilst Stage 2 was in full swing, Hutchinson Builders commenced Stage 3 at Park Ridge with 4 individual accomodation structures, again all constructed concurrently. With a different site layout to Stage 2, a larger centrally located Comansa CJ140 was employed for this Stage. With the increased fleet requirement onsite across the two stages, Falcon’s onsite crane crew reached six members at its peak and all members were both reliable and committed to maintaining safe work practices
The team at Falcon Cranes handled every aspect from the erection and dismantle of cranes, the organisation of labour, crane maintenance and servicing and safety management with professionalism and reliability.
From the planning stage to the erection and day to day running of the three cranes I have found Falcon Cranes to be very organised and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate in recommending Falcon Cranes to any builder looking for a safe, reliable and cost effective tower crane provider.

McNab Pacific Pines State Highschool
Falcon Cranes supplied our Potain MC68 Tower Crane to McNab on their Pacific Pines State High School project.
Mcnab engaged Falcon Cranes to supply a cranage solution for the Pacific Pines State HIgh School project.
Falcon worked closely with the project team to finalsie the most effective solution taking into account several site constraints.
Due to the proximity to the exisitng school buildings that were occupied during the new construction, Falcon provided the necessary safe-guards to ensure the project was delivered with student safety the number one priority.
5Point Projects
Falcon Cranes has assisted 5Point Projects on three major projects over the past several months; at “One Bulimba” we supplied our Potain MCT88 Tower Crane, at “Parque on Oxford” we supplied our Potain MC85 Tower Crane, and at “Dune Apartments” we supplied our Potain MC65 Tower Crane and loading bays.
Over the past several months, Falcon Cranes simultaneously serviced three of our major projects: “One Bulimba” at Bulimba, “Parque on Oxford” at Taringa, and “Dune Apartments” at Kingscliffe.
The three cranes provided were all well maintained, experienced zero downtime and were correctly sized and positioned for maximum benefit to the project.
In particular, the dismantle of the tower crane at Taringa was a complex exercise in a highly built up and hilly residential area. Falcon assisted immensely in the weeks leading up to the dismantle with several site visits to ensure the operation ran smoothly and safely.
The attention to detail provided by Falcon Cranes in all aspects of their service, from their safety compliance, the high standard of workmanship from their crane crews, along with their friendly and professional staff has ensured that we will not hesitate in recommending Alex and his team to any builder.
Broad Construction
Falcon Cranes supplied our Potain HD40 Self Erecting tower crane to Broad Construction on their Currumbin State Highschool Project.

Broad Constructios engaged Falcon Cranes to supply a Potain HD40 self-erecting tower crane for our project at Palm Beach Currumbin State State School.
The team at Falcon Cranes handled every aspect of the job with professionalism – from the preliminary stages to the final crane removal.
The crane crew supplied by Falcon worked well with Broad management and the other subcontractors onsite. Their enthusiastic approach and care for safety ensured all materials handling was well managed.
As discovered in the preliminary stages, the removal of the crane was a complex exercise. However with careful planning of all logistics and site movements, the operation was completed both safely and efficiently.
I would not hesitate in highly recommending Falcon Cranes to anyone looking for a safe, reliable and cost effective solution for their project.
